What
is a lottery pool?
A lottery club pool (also known as a lottery syndicate) is a group
of people who collectively play together and split lottery winnings.
Pooling financial resources to make bulk lottery ticket purchases is
not only legal but highly encouraged by most regulated state and
national lotteries. It is estimated that over 30% of all lottery
winnings are achieved through some form of a lottery pool. Without
question, joining a lottery is a common, practical strategy used
among friends, family, and co-workers to HIT THE BIG JACKPOT. The Fatco Lotto Internetational™ online network is aimed at one goal — to provide those who wish
to play the lottery more opportunities to win with same dollars played.
The lottery pools are created by our members who elect to become
lottery pool managers (LCM). This allows members to join various clubs
and significantly increase their chances of winning the lottery. Within
each lottery pool community, there may be a number of active lottery
pools a member can choose to join.
Why should you consider
joining the Fatco Lotto Group PLAY Lottery Pool Community?
Fatco Lotto Internetational’s™'s first of its kind online lotto pool system which overcomes
the major limitations and challenges in pooling with friends, family,
and office workers in the "offline" world and presents a unique and FUN
online playing experience. Some of these limitations are listed below:
• Coordination challenges when dealing with larger groups
• Workplace policies prohibiting office pools on company time
• Loss of productivity for employers
• Communication challenges in informing pool/club members of lottery
ticket details
• Lottery play is non existent in 13 states in the U.S. which do not
sponsor statewide regulated lotteries
• Explicit rules/guidelines of engagement are not clearly spelled out
in writing
• Very little confidentiality/anonymity
• Inability to have access to playing in other markets outside of your
primary state residence
• Workplace size limitations. Most businesses in America and around the
world are small businesses that only employ a handful of workers. It is
generally known that the more people involved in lottery pool/club the
better. About 54% of U.S. workplaces have fewer than 15 employees; thus,
precluding any meaningful opportunities to leverage resources through a
sizable organized lottery pool
Is this legal?
Yes. The U.S. laws are very clear. Lottery tickets can only be sold by
authorized lottery agents and cannot be sold across state lines via
mail. Lottery tickets must be purchased in person and the state where
the winnings are won must be given the identity of the winner(s). You
must be of legal age to participate.
How
do I join?
Just fill out the simple page of basic member information and you will

What is an 'UNFILLED'
lottery pool?
An UNFILLED lottery pool does not have enough member entries to begin
purchasing tickets and playing the lottery drawings. The lotto pool is
basically waiting for more members. Once the member entry limit is
reached, the lottery pool will become ACTIVE and the lotto pool will
begin play.
What is an 'ACTIVE' lottery
pool?
An ACTIVE lottery pool is currently participating in lottery drawings
and has all member entries filled. Once the lotto pool becomes ACTIVE,
a member cannot remove their entries. The lottery pool remains ACTIVE
until all lottery drawings have been played. Once this occurs, the
lottery pool is over and the club moves into a CLOSED status.
What is a 'CLOSED' lottery
pool?
An ACTIVE lottery pool is currently participating in lottery drawings
and has all member entries filled. Once the pool becomes ACTIVE, a
member cannot remove their entries. The lottery pool remains ACTIVE
until all lottery drawings have been played for the club. Once this
occurs, the lottery pool is over and the pool moves into a CLOSED
status.
What if one of my pools
hits the jackpot?
If a lotto pool wins a jackpot where the state
must be involved, the lotto pool will be paid as soon as the state
payment occurs. Tax implications must also be handled in this process.
Can I join the same
club more than once?
Yes. A member can make as many entries into a lottery club as he/she
likes. Each entry is an individual piece of the club's winnings. If a
pool allows 100 entries and a member joins the club with 10 entries,
then the member receives 10 shares (10%) of the club's winnings.
How does the Fatco Lotto Internetational rating/feedback system work?
All Lottery Club Managers (LCM) and Fatco Lotto Internetational members over time will
receive a feedback rating. This unique system is designed to recognize
those LCMs and members who are providing a positive experience.
Conversely, for those LCMs and members who are not upholding to the
standards accustomed by the community, we make this information readily
available and maybe used in suspension and/or termination.
What is the Win
Average Displayed next to each Lottery Club?
This is the number of times a Lottery Club wins. It is the overall
winning performance for a club. The higher the number the better. For
example, if you see .5000 listed next to a lottery club, this means 50%
of all the individual tickets selected and purchased, ends up winning
some form of a prize.
